JobNest Rider is the JobNest partner programme for riders and drivers. Riders share their personal QR code or referral link, help people join JobNest, and earn a reward when a referred recruiter's first job vacancy is approved. The JobNest Rider App also includes an earnings dashboard and an integrated GPS taxi meter.
Register as a JobNest Rider. Once registration is complete you receive a Partner ID, a personal QR code and a referral link that you can start sharing.
Yes. Registering as a JobNest Rider is free. Job Seeker and Recruiter registrations on JobNest are also free.
You earn LKR 500 when a recruiter who registered through your QR code or referral link submits their first job vacancy and that vacancy is approved by JobNest Admin. Rewards depend on verified, approved referrals and are not guaranteed.
No. Job Seeker and Recruiter registrations alone earn LKR 0. The reward is only earned when the referred recruiter's first vacancy is approved. Any older material that mentions other amounts is out of date.
Only the recruiter's first approved vacancy qualifies. Additional vacancies from the same recruiter do not generate another bonus, so each referred recruiter can earn you a maximum of LKR 500.
Your personal QR code and referral link are tied to your Partner ID. When someone scans your code or uses your link to register, the registration is linked to you. The dashboard shows your QR scans, registered job seekers, recruiters joined and vacancies posted.
The LKR 500 reward is credited after JobNest Admin approves the referred recruiter's first vacancy and the referral passes verification checks. It then appears in your earnings, and you can request a payout of your available balance from the app.
The GPS Taxi Meter is built into the JobNest Rider App. It shows your live speed with top and average speed, alerts you when you exceed your set speed limit, and calculates fares as Base Fare + (Distance × Per KM Rate) + (Waiting Time × Per Minute Rate). It works in the mobile app, not on this website.

No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and repeat registrations of the same recruiter do not qualify for rewards. Each recruiter can only be linked to one rider.
A reward is only credited after a vacancy is approved by JobNest Admin. If a vacancy is not approved, no reward is credited for it.
Use the Request Payout button on the earnings dashboard in the Rider App. Payouts are made from your available balance and are subject to JobNest's payout process.
No. This website only introduces the feature. The GPS Taxi Meter and speedometer work inside the JobNest Rider mobile app, where they can use your phone's GPS.
