How the JobNest Rider programme works

Register as a rider, share your referral link or QR code with recruiters, and earn a reward when their first vacancy is approved by JobNest Admin.

  1. Register as a JobNest Rider

    Create your free rider account and receive your unique JobNest Partner ID.

  2. Get your QR code & referral link

    The Rider App gives you a personal QR code and a referral link you can copy and share.

  3. Share with passengers & recruiters

    Attach your QR sticker to your vehicle headrest or share your link so people can register through you.

  4. Earn on the first approved vacancy

    Receive LKR 500 when a recruiter you referred has their first job vacancy approved by JobNest Admin.

Eligibility

What counts as a successful referral?

A referral earns a reward only when all of the following are true.

Qualifies for LKR 500

  • The recruiter registered using your referral link or QR code.
  • The recruiter verified their phone number.
  • It is the recruiter's first vacancy on JobNest.
  • The vacancy was approved by JobNest Admin.

Does not qualify

  • Job Seeker or Recruiter registrations on their own.
  • Second and later vacancies from the same recruiter.
  • Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts.
  • Vacancies that are not approved by JobNest Admin.
Referral Process

From shared link to credited reward

Every referral follows the same verified, three-step path.

  1. Step 1

    Share Referral Link

    The rider shares their unique referral link or QR code with a recruiter.

  2. Step 2

    Recruiter Posts a Vacancy

    The recruiter registers through the referral link and submits their first vacancy for review.

  3. Step 3

    Admin Approval & Reward

    When the first vacancy is approved by JobNest Admin, LKR 500 is credited to the eligible rider's wallet.

Verification requirements

JobNest checks and approves every reward on its servers before anything is credited. Actions on a website or app screen alone never create a reward.

Unique rider referral IDEach referral is linked to one rider through their unique referral link or QR code.
Verified recruiter phoneThe recruiter's phone number must be verified during registration.
First vacancy onlyOnly the referred recruiter's first vacancy is eligible for the reward.
Admin approvalThe vacancy must be reviewed and approved by JobNest Admin.
No duplicate payoutsA recruiter can only generate one reward, for one rider, one time.
Fraud preventionFake, self-referred or duplicate accounts are rejected and do not qualify.
